They go to see Farmer Trotter's pigs but Belle spoils the fun by making mud with her water jet. Toby goes into another siding but Belle chases after him still wanting to be his friend. Next they go to Maithwaite Station and Belle rings her big loud bell but Toby reverses away. Belle realizes that if she wants to be Toby's friend she needs to listen to what makes him happy too. So they both listen to the birds twittering and twitting together quietly. Finally they are both happy and become the best of friends. Stuck on You - Thomas is given the special of being the Sodor Search and Rescue Engine for the day. Thomas is excited to see that Butch has a magnet attached to his crane arm. Victor tells them that the magnet comes on when the red light is switched on, but they don't listen. At the Sodor Search and Rescue Center, Harold asks them to take metal poles to Farmer McColl. Butch and Thomas can't figure out how to pick up the poles with the magnet so the poles crash into the sea! Now the red light switches itself on and Butch gets stuck to Thomas! He realizes he should have listened to Victor. Victor tells them again that the magnet is on when the red light is on. And when the fireflies provide the light the kids need, the shadow puppet show can continue!
    * Go Snails Go! - Nick, Sally and the Cat have been invited along on a snail expedition! They jump into the Thingamajigger and shrink down to meet up with Lewis and Clark, the two snails leading the way! As they travel through the forest of Slippity-Goo, having fun sliding in their own shells, the kids learn about all the different ways snails use their shells.

While building, the Moon's surface shakes. Huh? The Earth kids are amazed to learn that the Moon has quakes, and Jet is just as amazed to learn that Earthquakes exist. After learning about the causes of moonquakes, the kids attempt to build a Moonquake-proof structure. / Sean and Sydney are planning to take Jet to the DSA Open House the upcoming weekend. The Earth kids are nervous that he will get in front of a crowd of strangers and forget to keep the secret that he's an alien from Bortron 7. After a hilarious outburst from Jet, the kids are motivated to try to "train" him to behave less like an alien from outer space, and more like a "regular Earthie kid." The Lambeosaurus family decides to move away in search of water, which upsets the kids. Dad and Mom decide to take the kids to the Big Pond on a camping trip, where they will wait out the drought and return home when it rains again. Don doesn't want to leave his home, even temporarily, and decides to perfect a "rain dance" that will make the rain return.
    * Dad learns that he's been chosen to compete in the big annual Fishing Contest at the Big Misty Sea, and is one of three contestants. The whole family rides there on the Dinosaur Train to cheer Dad on. They learn that the contestants are Dad, the Old Spinosaurus, and Dad's childhood friend and rival, a huge raptor named Marco Megaraptor. The three all end up fighting over Chester, the legendary biggest fish in the Big Misty Sea.
