Episode #102H Duration: 29:02 STEREO TVG

Chef Keller shows us where he grew up, above a patisserie his family used to own. We stop in to meet Remy Schall, the new owner who is making a buche de Noel for the upcoming Christmas dinner. The culinary tour continues with a trip to the most famous jam maker in France, Christine Ferber, and a stop at Chef Keller's favorite restaurant where he introduces us to Alsatian specialties. On the way home, Chef Keller and his wife enjoy a performance of fire dancers at the Christmas Market. The next day, Chef Keller and his brother make an Alsatian onion pie for the Christmas dinner.
