Celebrating 28 years on public television, this popular healthy aging series features exercises that improve viewer's mental, physical and emotional health, helping them feel and function better. With an emphasis on functional fitness including strength, flexibility and balance exercises, program host Mary Ann Wilson, RN, shares her gentle approach to fitness, guiding viewers through safe workouts set to fun music. Each program is carefully researched and developed with the assistance of physical therapists, medical doctors and exercise specialists.
