Come along with Katie as she digs deeper into four of her favorite cities from previous episodes. We revisit Hartford, Buffalo, Cleveland, and Louisville for all new day trips and experiences. We Discover dinosaur fossils in Connecticut and learn how to create a plaster mold of a dinosaur track. Near Buffalo, we visit Genesee Country Museum, an interactive 19th-century living history museum. In Louisville, we learn about the early settlers and founders of the city, and the slaves who labored on their farm. We wrap up the episode back in Cleveland wine country, this time learning about the other craft beverages gaining popularity in the region.

Come along for a personal tour of an area of New York State rich with history, natural scenery, and exciting experiences to enjoy. We'll climb aboard a packet boat and travel through locks on the famous Erie Canal, learn about the history and culture of this region's First Nations with a visit to Ganondagan, explore the jaw-dropping beauty of the "grand canyon the east" at Letchworth State Park, and visit the palatial home of Kodak founder George Eastman.

Join Katie for a tour of Massachusetts' Pioneer Valley - home to Dr. Seuss, beautiful farm pastures, and vibrant college towns. At Atkins Farm, we learn the secret to delicious cider doughnuts and assist with the daily baking. Nearby, we visit an entire museum dedicated to picture book art and learn more about some famous childhood literary characters. Later on, we train with a master falconer and learn what it feels like to have a hawk land on your hand! Then, we finish our visit to the valley with a day in the quirky college town of Northampton.

Cleveland (Episode #203H)

Come along as Katie learns just how much "Cleveland Rocks!" This former industrial city is now a hub of cultural treasures, culinary delights, and scenic parks. As we explore around the city and beyond, we take a day trip to a summer fun destination full of old-time amusements at Geneva-On-The-Lake. Then, Katie tours the region's wine country, tasting and learning about this growing local industry. Later on, we visit the charming and historic nearby town of Chagrin Falls, before wrapping up our visit back near center-city in Ohio City - a neighborhood that's now the hippest place to spend the day.

Wild and Wonderful West Virginia shines in this episode - focusing on the outdoors and people of the mountain state. We start our journey in Lewisburg - a historic and dynamic small town with a big city feel. Then, we meet craftspeople who've been crafting hand-blown art pieces for more than 100 years. Later on, Katie gets outdoors and into nature with a kayak trip and a visit to the New River Gorge, before ending our tour by tasting unique and delicious local sea salt, sourced from an underground ancient ocean.

      Next week, Sutro Tower will be switching most stations to their auxiliary antennas. KQED TV will be at half power on the lower auxiliary antenna, this will affect some of our Over The Air viewers. Maintenance is scheduled on August 21-25 from 9am through 4pm daily.       (DT25.1 through 25.3) Recent storms have taken out dozens of trees on Fremont Peak, which in turn have taken down power lines leading to the transmission tower located on the peak.
