Martin Yan's Taste of Vietnam
International culinary icon Martin Yan returns to public television for the first time since 2008 with a new series that explores the breathtaking landscape, colorful history, generous hospitality and delicious cuisine of Vietnam. Over the course of 26 episodes, Martin travels extensively throughout Vietnam, from its spectacular snow-capped mountains in the north to the intricate network of canals that make up the Mekong Delta in the south. Each episode combines colorful location segments and studio cooking segments featuring Martin's impressive culinary skills and occasional visits from a talented Vietnamese chef. Martin treats viewers to a wide array of colorful and delicious recipes, from popular street vendor offerings to elegant dishes from the Imperial kitchen.

Life takes on its own rhythm in the water world of the Mekong Delta. Martin visits a unique guesthouse where guests can harvest fruit in the orchard and cook the fish they catch in nearby ponds.
