Bay Area Median Home Price Drop for First Time in 7 Years

Real estate prices and the number of home sales in the Bay Area fell last month compared with March of last year, according to a new report by real estate data firm CoreLogic. It’s the first fall in prices and sales in seven years. Joining us to discuss the report is Kathleen Pender, Business Columnist for the San Francisco Chronicle and Steve Levy, Director of the Center for Continuing Study of the California Economy.
