RAND: Crime Increased When Marijuana Dispensaries Closed

Get the Flash Player to see this player.

When marijuana dispensaries in Los Angeles closed, crime actually went up according to a new study by the RAND Corporation. Host Mina Kim talks with Mireille Jacobson, the study's lead author and a senior economist at RAND.
