Get rid of junk food and try to exercise when you have free time.
Ask people for help if you need it and talk with someone you trust
and care about.
36-45: At this stage stress could be threatening to your physical
and mental well-being. Be Aware!

Exercise regularly, eat well, get enough rest, schedule some quiet
time for yourself.

*Being stressed out happens to everyone! Don't be alarmed. Take
a deep breath, calm down and organize your mind. Ask someone for
help if it's needed and learn to address and recognize situations
that cause you to have stress!
