This Web site was created by individuals attending high school with the goal of helping teens deal with school stress. This Web site contains a lot of information, starting from the causes of stress to the ways you should deal with it. The topic was chosen after a lot of thought because we felt it was important that teens learn to address and deal with stress that is caused by school and pressure from parents. It took us 15 weeks of tedious work, but during that time all of the members became closer and started friendships while sharing experiences.

We also worked on a 30-second broadcast video. With that, our target was to show the academic stress that teens endure everyday, and the importance of parental support in this matter. The broadcast video shows a young teen struggling up a hill with a shopping cart full of school books and papers. The weight and pressure are so heavy that he falls. Afterwards, his parents come and help him push the cart up the hill, helping him deal with his stress. It metaphorically shows how teens get burdened by stress and how parents can help.

Both Web site and video are aimed towards teens attending school and parents who don't realize that their teens are struggling with the burden of stress.
