GunShots: A Guide to Lesson Plans
The purpose of these lessons is to raise students' awareness about gun violence in their own lives, from exposure in the media to their own neighborhoods. These lessons provide teachers with a vehicle to explore gun violence, its impact, and possibilities for change within the classroom curriculum.

You can use the lesson plans below online, or download your own copies for use in your classroom by following these links.

Lesson One: Joining Together to Fight Gun Violence
For use with grade levels 7-12.
Lesson Two: The Right to Bear Arms?
For use with grade levels 9-12.

For a guide to help facilitate conversations about these issues outside of the classroom, please download the free Viewers' Discussion Guide.

How do I download the lessons?
