Farber, MD, Pediatric Pulmonologist, Kaiser Permanente Northern California, and author of the book Control Your Child's Asthma: A Breakthrough Program for the Treatment and Management of Childhood Asthma (Henry Holt & Co., May 2001). Megan Webb is the Senior Consultant and former Director of the Community Action to Fight Asthma (CAFA), a California wide network of 12 coalitions that seeks to reduce indoor and outdoor environmental risk factors among school aged children with asthma.
