Children's author Jane Cutler believes that art has a moral imperative
to not only teach children about war but also to ask them how they feel
about war.
Do you think children should be exposed to the realities of war at an
early age? In what forms?

From Bill in San Francisco :
Children are already exposed to "war" through toys. I owned several G.I. Joes as a child. Aside from that - one of our neighborhood's favorite games was "War". All the kids would get together and choose up squirt guns and then go at it. Pretty tame stuff by today's standards - but then again, it's not the '70's any longer either.
