Are we the result of our youthful experiences or the genes we inherited from our ancestors? Recently, scientists have come to the conclusion that our genes interact with our environment and we change constantly throughout our lives. Our biology is actually altered by our environment. To take a look at this question, Burt talked to a group of people who had grown up in the structured culture of Taiwan and in their early years moved to the more open culture of the United States. Among the people Burt talks to are Steve Chen co-inventor of YouTube and Justin Lin who makes the Fast and Furious films.
