The first three shows demonstrate and explain three to four new postures or exercises per show. The last two shows serve as review so the viewer has a chance to make certain they followed and understood correctly. In addition, if the viewer missed a show, the Thursday and Friday review days bring them up-to-date. At the onset, the program is strictly teaching the "building blocks" of yoga exercise. As the series progresses, the work becomes more demanding.
