In addition, if the viewer missed a show, the Thursday and Friday review days bring them up-to-date. At the onset, the program is strictly teaching the "building blocks" of yoga exercise. As the series progresses, the work becomes more demanding.       Next week, Sutro Tower will be switching most stations to their auxiliary antennas.
