Abby suggests granting Baby Bear a wish so that he isn't afraid of bees. Abby points her wand at Baby Bear, but Chris, who is standing close by, also gets hits with her magic. Baby Bear and Chris both turn into bees! Oops! Abby doesn't know how to fix the spell. As Abby calls her mommy to find a solution, the bees put Chris and Baby Bear to work! But they don't understand what they need to do- how do bees help flowers? After talking to a bee, Baby Bear learns that bees are important because they collect pollen and nectar, and help living things grow. Later, Chris and Baby Bear find themselves in a beehive. They learn that bees make wax and honey and that honeycombs are shaped like a hexagon. By the time Baby Bear and Chris return to Sesame Street, Abby has learned how to undo the spell. She waves her magic wand, and Chris and Baby Bear turn back into themselves! In the end, Abby's spell really did work! Baby Bear is no longer afraid of bees.     Thomas & Friends [#705H] Being Happy with Me Being Percy - Percy is impressed when he sees that all the engines make way for Gordon when he enters Brendham Docks. Percy thinks the engines never listen to him nor make way for him on the tracks. Percy decides that he is going to be more like Gordon so he starts to imitate him. Percy starts to raise his voice and race down the line just like Gordon. Percy is trying so hard to be like Gordon that he forgets to deliver his mail. Percy realizes that being like Gordon hasn't helped him at all and he is happy just being Percy! Victor Says Yes - Victor is an engine who likes to please everyone so when it's a busy day at the Steam Works, he bites off more than he can chew. The engines line up outside the Steam Works and ask Victor to fix them. Emily, 'Arry and Bert all become impatient as the line of engines waiting to be fixed gets longer and longer. Then Sir Topham Hatt arrives and asks Victor to fix Gordon, and of course Victor says yes. The line gets longer and the engines start to bump into each other. With Thomas' help, Victor realizes that he needs to learn to say no. Victor tells some of the engines that he can fix them the next day.     Bob the Builder [#614] A Very Important Visitor Everybody is getting ready for the Big Summer Party in Bobland Bay and Bob and his team are going to build two shelter stops for Splasher's new ferry route. Splasher just can't wait for them to finish! He races around announcing his new route, but no timetable has been put in place yet. Despite what he thinks, Splasher can't be everywhere at once. With passengers waiting at both stops Splasher gets into a muddle and starts to think he has let everyone down, until he sees radio DJ Mike Turntable's speakers and has a great idea. Using the speakers and his talkie-talkie, Splasher creates a loudspeaker system so he can announce his arrival times and be Super-Splasher once more. Mr. Carruthers, the Chief Building Inspector, arrives in Sunflower Valley to inspect the Team's work. The machines try to show all the good parts of Sunflower Valley but only remember their mistakes! The machines worry that they are useless and rush in to defend Bob before Mr. Carruthers can give his verdict. She makes such a great game of it, Caillou wants to play it again and again. Caillou learns about helping out, and that it can be fun too! Caillou gets an introduction to what it means to be handicapped, when, at the pool, he meets Tammy, a girl a few years older, who happens to be in a wheelchair. It's raining outside but there is no stopping Caillou! Since no one wants to join him, he goes outside to play in his new froggie boots, his rain coat and hat. Thomas decides that he has to do everything so he rushes back and forth helping the Logging Locos and playing a game of hide and seek with Percy. Thomas asks Cranky to help him show the Logging Locos how to be Really Useful while he is away. When Thomas checks on them, he sees that Cranky has lifted Dash high into the air and not being helpful at all! Thomas realizes that he needs to do one thing at a time so he finishes showing the Locos how to be Really Useful, and then finishes the game of hide and seek with his best friend Percy. Thomas and the Snowman Party - It's winter on Sodor and the children are busy building a snowman. The children need a hat to complete their snowman and Thomas decides to help. Thomas takes Farmer McColl's hat for the snowman. Then, he sees the Band Conductor's hat and takes that too. Then he sees Mr. Bubbles' big colorful hat and takes that too. Thomas gets so busy looking for the hat that he forgets to deliver a special parcel to Sir Topham Hatt. However, Farmer McColl, the Brass Conductor and Mr. Bubbles all need their hats back. When Thomas delivers a parcel for Sir Topham Hatt - it's a new hat! Bob has to hide Wendy's present - a beautiful necklace, so eventually he agrees. Scoop is ecstatic! They start work, and Bob goes to hide the present. Bob returns with the necklace, but before they can hide it, Wendy arrives! But disaster strikes Scoop is in such a fluster, the necklace flies into the well! How is he going to get it out? Scoop makes a wish at the well - he wishes he could get out of this mess... Scoop realizes he's taken on too much and asks for help from the team to save Wendy's present. Wendy turns up and thinks they've forgotten her birthday! Scoop takes her back to the Yard, where she finds her friends waiting for her! Bob gives her the necklace, and Wendy is thrilled! Maybe the well really is a wishing well? Pineapple Scratch - Bob and the team are building Brad Rad's new Surf School beach cafe and Scratch in particular is very excited - he thinks Brad is soooo cool Eager to impress his hero, Scratch volunteers to get Brad's missing items for the beach party. Bob is unsure - it's a long way. But Scratch insists he knows the way there and back - he's cool! Scratch picks up the items from Mr Bentley but then gets lost on the way back! Meanwhile, the surf cafe job is put on hold so that everyone can search for Scratch. Scratch remembers what Brad did - he took a big breath and had a think. Steve and Betsy blindfold George and give him the first shot at breaking open the birthday pinata - but when George swings the bat without any sense of where he's aiming, he makes a grand mess instead. To help George improve his game, Steve blindfolds George and sets him off to try and find Charkie - and George navigates his way around the city by using only his hands, ears and sense of touch. It is a very intelligent species, and the only animal other than humans and raccoons that is known to wash its food before eating it. Macaques have other unusual behaviors, including communal bathing in hot springs and rolling snowballs for fun. Also, in recent studies it has been found that Japanese macaques can develop different accents, like humans.
