Caillou is all ready to throw in the towel as each toss passes him by, but when he sees Sarah and Billy really doing it he gets an opportunity to practice what he's learned. One day when Sir Topham Hatt leaves his handbrake off, Winston starts to roll forward on his own and is soon racing down the tracks without a driver. He is given the job of looking after the sea monster prop, and decides to have some fun with it but ends up getting it muddy. With a ruined sea-monster, Spud must concentrate to solve the problem - which he does by making a brand new sea-monster costume for the machines! Bob and the team build an exercise park at Bobland Bay to help the residents keep fit. Mr. Bentley is especially in need of exercise and it's up to Scrambler to train him. Enthusiastically, Scrambler takes this role to heart and trains Mr. Bentley so hard that he can take no more! Mr. Bentley flees from Scrambler's exercise regime to rest. When Mr. Bentley is needed to open Bob's new exercise park, he's nowhere to be found - and it's all Scrambler's fault! Patrick and Pamela are athletes who invite our kids, Mom, and Spikey along to watch them use their impressive dome heads to play a volleyball type sport called, Dome Ball. Don has a large collection of things he's found in nature, but he's missing one hard-to-locate item - amber. On the Dinosaur Train, Don and the other Pteranodon kids find out that Gilbert is also looking for amber. Henry's Hero - As they are working together, Henry and Hiro both start to billow dark smoke from their funnels. Duck tells them they have taken on some bad coal. Henry is worried that the bad coal will damage his firebox if he continues working, so he heads back to his shed. Hiro wants to keep on puffing and delivers their heavy load on his own. Flex is so desperate to do a good job that he pushes himself a bit too far and gets the new lens stuck in a tree! After shrinking down in the Thingamajigger, they find Wally and start to play the Tough Enough game! Wally is tough enough to live anywhere, so it's off to Freeze Your Knees Snowland to test it out. Then they go to the super hot Gritchity-Gratch Desert, then even a trip into space! Wally can live anywhere! He really is the toughest of all!
    * How Cool is Coral - The Cat needs help! He needs to get his fish friend Ting Tang Tony back to his family. Off to Scoobamareen they go!Tony and Cat got distracted while he was drawing pictures of the beautiful coral that's all around them. Using Cat's drawings as a map,they swim to get Tony back home. Along the way they meet little polyps that live in the coral and learn that they actually helped to make it! They learn about how long it takes to make and how delicate it is. Luckily they soon find Tony's family and they're reunited. Back home Nick and Sally make their own coral drawings, cause you never know when the Cat might need help again!

To make matters worse, it starts to get dark. It isn't until they begin to hear some familiar sounds they realize that with the combination of Hundley's sharp ears and George's good memory of what they'd heard along the way, they can find their way home.
