  Sesame Street [#4304H] Baby Bear Comes Clean Baby Bear is ready to go to Granny's house with Papa Bear. He has a nice, white shirt on that Papa Bear tells him to keep clean while he gets his sister dressed. While Baby Bear waits for them to get ready, Telly passes by with a bright purple ice cream cone in his hand. It's Baby Bear's favorite flavor so he takes a tiny, careful taste, but some of the ice cream still spills on him and leaves a big purple stain on his white shirt! Baby Bear and Telly wonder how they can get the stain out. They try many different techniques such as wiping it with a napkin, pounding it with a rock, and vacuuming it off, but everything they try just makes it worse. Next, Telly has an idea to use Zoe's purple paint to cover the stain so Baby Bear will now have a purple shirt. They paint the shirt, but realize that it is going to take at least two hours to dry! Abby appears and offers to practice her new color changing spell. She waves her wand and the shirt turns back to white. But all of a sudden, the shirt comes to life and races off! Baby Bear doesn't know what to do. Gordon comes by and advises him to tell Papa Bear the truth about what happened to his shirt. Even though Baby Bear is worried that Papa Bear will be upset, he tells him the truth about what happened anyway. Papa Bear says that it's okay and thanks him for telling the truth. Then Leela enters looking for her rake and roses. When the raisin raspberry ravioli disappears, too, Detective Alfie Betts decides it's time to investigate to find out why things keep going missing. He needs a team of detectives, and Elmo and Abby quickly volunteer. By repeating the items that are missing, they realize that all of them begin with the letter R. Just then, Mumford runs in saying his rabbit is gone too. Luckily, Telly and Mumford saw someone running away each time something disappeared. They describe him and Detective Betts makes a drawing of who they saw. It turns out to be the letter R! So the team gathers up some letters, puts them in a line-up, and matches the drawing to them. They match it to the letter R, who then runs off in a panic. Elmo, Abby, and Detective Betts chase him all around Sesame Street, but he is too quick. They come up with a plan to bring him in for questioning. They set out a plate of rigatoni, which begins with the letter R, and hide, watching to see if the letter R takes it. He eats the rigatoni, but takes off before they can catch him. To slow him down, the detectives decide to put out a heavy rock for him to take. It works, and the letter R admits to taking all the things that start with the letter R. Percy realizes that being like Gordon hasn't helped him at all and he is happy just being Percy! Victor Says Yes - Victor is an engine who likes to please everyone so when it's a busy day at the Steam Works, he bites off more than he can chew. The engines line up outside the Steam Works and ask Victor to fix them. Emily, 'Arry and Bert all become impatient as the line of engines waiting to be fixed gets longer and longer. Then Sir Topham Hatt arrives and asks Victor to fix Gordon, and of course Victor says yes. The line gets longer and the engines start to bump into each other. With Thomas' help, Victor realizes that he needs to learn to say no. Victor tells some of the engines that he can fix them the next day. And Big Media may get even bigger, thanks to the FCC's consideration of ending a rule preventing companies from owning a newspaper and radio and TV stations in the same big city. Such a move would give these massive media companies free rein to devour more of the competition, control the public message, and also limit diversity across the media landscape. On this week's Moyers & Company, Senator Bernie Sanders, one of several Senators who have written FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski asking him to suspend the plan, joins Bill to discuss why Big Media is a threat to democracy and what citizens can do to fight back.
