Leela helps them while she's waiting for her brother's gift. Later in the day, Leela receives another delivery. This time it's just a box of laundry softener. Meanwhile, at Hooper's Store, Elmo comes upon Chris who is making a bracelet for Leela. He wants to do something special for Leela since she's feeling homesick. They decide to use the computer to learn more about Rakhi and to find some recipes for traditional Indian foods such as Phirni, Carrot Halwa and Laddoo. Now all they need is some Indian music to make the Rakhi party complete! Leela is surprised and happy to see how Chris and Elmo brought a little bit of India to Sesame Street with all of the decorations, food, and music. Everyone exchanges their bracelets and Sunil's bracelet for Leela finally arrives in the mail! Now the Rakhi party can really begin. When Caillou spots a dog house outside he gets the idea that Gilbert might like a house of his own. Caillou finds a cardboard box and some crayons and with Gilbert's help, he decides how to decorate the house. Grandma takes Caillou on a special visit to a sheep farm. George doesn't find any of these activities to be very exciting and longs to see some real action - which he gets when Bill and the Man fall off a small cliff, get stuck on a ledge, and need George to go find help. George needs to use the Man's numbered drawings of the landmarks they passed along the way, to try and find his way back to the Ranger Station for help. Later, when the dogs walk by K.C.'s house and see K.C.'s owner reading to him, Cleo's hurt is compounded. Eventually the dogs learn that K.C. is moving to the island to be an assistance dog. The dogs learn that even though sometimes friends aren't always available, they're still friends.
