Baby Bear is the first one who has a problem. He needs help getting his sister Curly Bear to take a nap. The A Team brings in an astronaut reciting the alphabet while doing aerobics to help her fall asleep. It works! Curly Bear falls fast asleep. Next, Gina tries to reach an envelope that blew up in the tree. The A Team brings in animals with apricot allergies that have apricots tied to their ankles. Their sneezes blow the envelope back down! Last, Oscar is aggravated and angry that some pigs are playing by his trash can. First, The A Team tries to distract them by bringing in Alan wearing an afro being chased by an alligator with an attitude, but that doesn't work. Big A wants to try a new plan and points out that the letter A can make different sounds. The A Team brings in an ape dressed as an angel singing about acorns. That plan doesn't work either. But when he makes Leo a get-well card and visits him at home, Leo says it wasn't Caillou's fault he didn't tie his shoelaces. Sarah helps Caillou paint a birdhouse Dad built, but she can't finish it because she is off on an all-summer trip to China. Caillou misses her very much. Leela already sent a bracelet to her brother, Sunil, in India and now she is expecting a bracelet from him any moment. Just then, a delivery person brings a box that turns out to be a sample of laundry detergent, instead of her brother's bracelet. Telly and Zoe decide to make bracelets for their friends. Leela helps them while she's waiting for her brother's gift. Later in the day, Leela receives another delivery. This time it's just a box of laundry softener. Meanwhile, at Hooper's Store, Elmo comes upon Chris who is making a bracelet for Leela. He wants to do something special for Leela since she's feeling homesick. They decide to use the computer to learn more about Rakhi and to find some recipes for traditional Indian foods such as Phirni, Carrot Halwa and Laddoo. Now all they need is some Indian music to make the Rakhi party complete! Leela is surprised and happy to see how Chris and Elmo brought a little bit of India to Sesame Street with all of the decorations, food, and music. Everyone exchanges their bracelets and Sunil's bracelet for Leela finally arrives in the mail! Now the Rakhi party can really begin. Gordon gets the job and boasts that he is the strongest engine. The other engines tell Gordon that he'll soon see just how strong Big Strong Henry is, a promise that has Henry worried. Henry's friends soon find a way for Henry to prove his strength to Gordon - by pulling Farmer McColl's loads so Gordon can see. This makes Gordon cross and Henry decides he quite likes being Big Strong Henry. Henry takes his heaviest load yet, twenty trucks of hay bales, up a hill - but they're too heavy! The trucks derail at the bottom of the hill, while Gordon takes his last heavy load, some cows. Henry is very sorry for causing trouble, but spots that Gordon has puffed away leaving one of his trucks is open - letting all the cows escape! Clever Henry uses his hay to lead the cows all the way to Farmer McColl's proving that you don't need to be strong to be useful! Thomas is to give train rides at a children's fancy dress party. He daydreams about what costume to wear. A trip to the washdown gives him the idea to go as a big bubble bath, but the bubbles get into his eyes and he crashes into Toby, who is carrying taffy for the taffy apples. Toby is damaged so Thomas offers to take the taffy for Toby. On his way to the party Thomas again daydreams about what costume to wear. He doesn't see some points have changed and races into a siding. He hits the buffers and taffy goes all over him. Thomas is running late so takes a shortcut down an old overgrown line. Branches and leaves stick to him. Thomas arrives at the party with the taffy just in time. He's sorry to be in such a mess. By 2050, Hispanics are projected to number 132 million and represent 30% of the population. As that population evolves, so does their political power. A new report by the Pew Hispanic Center shows that since 2008, America's Latino voting population has grown 22% since 2008. But what are the cultural and political implications of these now well-understood statistics?
  This week, Bill goes beyond the numbers with two of our nation's most popular and influential journalists: Univision's Jorge Ramos and Maria Elena Salinas. Univision, a Spanish-language US television network, has the largest audience of Spanish-language television viewers, according to Nielsen ratings.
  Ramos, says The Washington Monthly, is "the broadcaster who will most determine the 2012 elections," while The New York Times calls Salinas "the voice of Hispanic America." In a candid and comprehensive discussion, Ramos and Salinas discuss their responsibilities both as reporters and representatives of their culture, their aggressive journalistic approaches to both President Obama and Governor Romney, and their strong takes on immigration issues that mean so much to a potentially decisive voting bloc in 2012.
  "We are changing the face of America. It's not black and white anymore. We're changing the way we eat. We're changing the way people dance, the way people speak. And we're changing the way people vote." Ramos tells Bill. "No one can make it the White House now without the Hispanic vote - that's completely new."
