State Sen. Leland Yee Indicted by Federal Grand Jury
A federal grand jury has indicted State Sen. Leland Yee, former San Francisco School Board President Keith Jackson and 27 other defendants charging them with crimes including firearms trafficking, money laundering and public corruption. The indictment formalizes federal charges first announced last week. Yee has hired a new attorney and is expected to make his first court appearance next week. Jackson was released on bail Thursday evening. Meanwhile, the capture of Chinatown gang figure Raymond "Shrimp Boy" Chow has not eased fears among business owners in the neighborhood.

It's been nearly 20 years since California became the first state to legalize medical marijuana. In recent years, the number of dispensaries has exploded with more than 200 operating in the Bay Area alone and crop production is booming. The billion-dollar industry is largely unregulated in the state and illegal under federal law. A recent poll shows Californians are divided on legalization. Scott Shafer speaks with Sacramento Bee senior writer Peter Hecht, whose new book "Weed Land" explores the highs and lows of the cannabis industry.

Poking Fun at Silicon Valley
The quirks of the high-tech lifestyle are easy fodder for humor. The new HBO series "Silicon Valley," premiering Sunday, serves up a parody of the region. Series co-creator Mike Judge's new show features a collection of awkward, geeky characters who think they've come up with the next big app. But underlying the humor are some serious issues for local residents. We take a look at the funny and not-so-funny aspects of Silicon Valley culture including tech's emphasis on youth, and the ongoing backlash against the Google bus invasion.

After a hike through the rainforest, the campers' fun adventure culminates as each kid takes a ride on a zip line, where they all get a bird's eye view of the entire rainforest! The Nature Trackers Adventure Campers are led by Mr. Conductor and Gilbert on a hike down a canyon where they can see the different layers of the Mesozoic Era! At first Lily Lambeosaurus is reluctant to go, thinking that a new adventure sounds hard, but Don convinces her that a new adventure can be worth the effort. At the bottom of the canyon, the kids play Dinoball and then dig for fossils. Her big opportunity comes when her old garage shed, complete with doors, is left in a field to serve as a sty for Farmer Pickles' pigs. Muck happily goes in and out of it, practicing her entrance. Bob completes the garage, including the new doors, and the machines all join together to perform their spectacular entrance, with Muck at the center! Scrambler Gets Clean - Scrambler is impressed with himself and feeling very brave today - but the feeling doesn't last long. A machine wash is to be built at the yard and Scrambler doesn't think that it sounds amazing like everyone else does; he secretly thinks it sounds pretty scary! When he sees all the huge fixtures and fittings, Scrambler's fears grow - he must avoid getting washed! But on his way back, Scrambler skids and the shower head gets dropped in a large puddle of mud. Scrambler bravely ventures in to the mud, knowing he'll need a wash! But in the end the bravest thing Scrambler does is to own up to everyone about his fears. Finally he realizes that one of the best things you can do for someone who isn't feeling well doesn't feel like much at all. He goes into her room and snuggles with her, and she couldn't be happier.
