4:00 amRoad to Perfect Health with Brenda Watson We all know the saying, "All roads lead to Rome." Well, according to digestive care expert, Brenda Watson, they all lead to the digestive system - at least where our health is concerned. In this program, Brenda shows us how all health ailments can be linked to an imbalance in the digestive system.
With over 20 years experience helping people overcome health challenges, Ms. Watson has been able to help people return to health - whether they suffer from typical digestive problems or chronic fatigue - by balancing the good and bad bacteria in their gut. Brenda shows us that a well-balanced intestinal tract makes up a large part of our immune system, or our body's "Gut Protection System" (GPS).
Unfortunately our GPS sometimes malfunctions and becomes out of balance, leading our health in the wrong direction. When this happens it leads to sickness and health problems. Ms. Watson shows us that no matter what our sickness or condition, putting our GPS in balance will put us back on the road to better health. Even if you don't have a heath problem, you need to keep your GPS in balance. How do you do this? Brenda gives a clear and concise plan to maintain a healthy, well-balanced GPS. duration 1:54:31 STEREO TVG

5:00 pmOmni Health Revolution with Tana Amen, RN and Dr. Daniel Amen, MD This program features psychiatrist Daniel Amen and his wife, neurosurgical intensive care nurse Tana Amen. It is designed to help viewers take control of their physical and mental health using the science of nutragenomics - a big word, but it's very simple.
Nutragenomics tells us that the foods you eat talk directly to your genes. You have the choice to eat in a way that turns on genes that keep you healthy or make you sick. Most people think of their genes like an evil monarchy that condemned them to be sick. Daniel and Tana Amen turn that notion on its head to give viewers much more control over the health of their bodies and minds. The Omni Health Revolution is a bipartisan plan that bridges the gap between strict vegetarian diets and extreme high protein diets, with a program that is based on 70% plant based foods and 30% high quality protein. duration 1:57:18 STEREO TVG
