With no hats left to add, Elmo and Zoe ask Abby to come up with a spell to make more. Abby finally finds the right words and Elmo and Zoe end up with huge towers of hats on their heads. Elmo volunteers to find a friend who is round for Rocco and brings in a balloon. But Rocco wants a friend with a face and hair. Alan overhears the problem and suggests using arts and crafts to make Rocco a friend. Together, Elmo and Zoe use stickers and cotton to make a face and hair on the balloon. Rocco tries to play with Balloon-o, but Balloon-o floats away. Alan sees what happened and explains that Balloon-o floated away because he was filled with helium, which is lighter than air. Elmo tries to find Rocco a friend made of something that is heavier than a balloon and is round, so he returns with an egg. An egg is an oval but it will do. Zoe and Elmo draw a face on the egg with crayon and give it boots and a hat. Rocco begins playing pat-a-cake with Eggy, but Eggy accidentally breaks. Alan explains that Eggy broke because egg shells are very fragile. Elmo now needs to find a friend who is not too light or too fragile and is round. He notices Alan grabbing for a round sponge and thinks that the sponge could be the perfect play date friend for Rocco. Elmo explains that a sponge isn't lighter than air so it won't float away, and it's not fragile so it won't crack. As Caillou learns about the camel from its trainer, he feels better and finally decides to take that camel ride. It's Not Too Big For Me!: Caillou is keen to go sledding on the "Big Hill" until he stands at the top of the hill and realizes it really IS BIG. Daddy senses Caillou is afraid to admit he's not ready for the big hill and gives Caillou an out by saying Rosie needs someone to play with on the little hill. Later, when Andre decides to sled down the big hill, but he too is afraid, Caillou helps his friend by asking Andre to sled on the little hill with him. Educational Objective: Recognizing limits and realizing it's okay to be afraid. Caillou's Flying Saucer: Caillou thinks he's seen a flying saucer in his yard just like the one in his comic books and is determined to prove it to his friends! Trying to catch a flying saucer is much harder than he thought and Caillou is disappointed when he eventually discovers it is only a tin plate blowing around in the wind. Now what will he tell his friends? Caillou feels better when he realizes he solved the mystery, regardless of what the flying saucer turned out to be. James wants to help by pulling him forward, but Toby thinks they should get Rocky since Gordon is too heavy. James doesn't listen and tries to pull Gordon, and his driving wheels now come off the track. When James tries to push Gordon, the Fenland track cracks and Gordon falls! James then asks Toby to get Rocky for help. James says that Toby is the best Rescue Tram on the whole of Island of Sodor. Harry Hiro - Thomas tries to cheer Hiro up when he sees that he is sad because he misses his home. Thomas is sure that he can make Hiro smile and asks Charlie to tell him a joke, but Hiro doesn't laugh. Thomas brings Hiro to Misty Island and he enjoys the sounds of the birds. Thomas doesn't pay attention and takes him to race through the hollow tree tunnel. When Hiro wants to look at the sea, Thomas takes him on a tour of the hills of Sodor. Thomas realizes he needs to listen to Hiro and what he wants. They listen to the birds at the hollow tree tunnel and visit the Jobi Woods. The places they visit remind Hiro of home.
