She's hoping Nila will stay asleep as long as there aren't any loud noises on Sesame Street. Elmo and Telly decide to become the Noise Patrol and keep loud noises away from Nila! They try to use different tools such as binoculars and a megaphone, but Leela explains that the only tools they need are their ears! Elmo and Telly hear sounds coming from animals playing basketball. Luckily, the animals agree to go to the park to play. Next, Elmo and Telly hear Grover blasting a boombox as he breakdances! After a dance-off and a mishap with the controls, Grover realizes that he can't play loud music around a sleeping baby and leaves after putting on his headphones. Next, Elmo and Telly hear hammering from a construction worker who thankfully agrees to leave for lunch. Just when the Noise Patrol is finally enjoying the quiet, Nila wakes up! Leela explains that they actually don't need to be completely quiet. Nila can listen to Leela as she sings her a lullaby. When Dad's baseball team, the Tigers, is playing a game at the park, Caillou, Rosie and Mom, go to cheer him on. Although he's too little to go up and bat, Caillou becomes part of the team as the water boy and does a great job. Caillou has to learn that the guest comes first. When Leo comes over for a sleep-over, Caillou sees that Leo misses home a bit. Caillou decides to lend Leo his favorite dinosaur pajamas. The two friends find a perfect solution to make them both happy and have the best sleep-over ever! George meets a Chinstrap penguin, but loses his camera to a pesky sea otter who swims away. When the Man finds George, they chase the sea otter by jumping ice floes...but discover too late that a blizzard is approaching! George and the Man find refuge in a cave. When the blizzard passes, they emerge on the other side of the island in the middle of the penguins' nesting ground! Mission accomplished!
    * The Perfect Carrot: George and Bill are feeding the rabbits, when suddenly they run out of carrots. George can't believe it when Bill pulls a carrot out of the ground. George wants to grow his own carrots. Armed with a packet of seeds and instructions from Bill, George plants his garden. After 66 days of tending, watering and keeping Jumpy away, George has a prize-winning carrot! It's so perfect that George carries it around in a fancy telescope case to protect it. George visits Bill's house to show it off, but learns that the bunnies have gone missing! George finds the bunnies in a cave, hungry and scared. It's a hard decision to make, but George sacrifices his perfect carrot for the bunnies to eat while he finds help. Thanks to George and his "carroty hero," the bunnies are both saved and fed.

He has his special basketball shirt to wear, his special basketball to play with, and a healthy snack to give him energy. Abby appears and says that she can be Elmo's fairy godmother and help him with all sorts of stuff. Elmo begins playing basketball but keeps missing the hoop. This happens a few times, and soon Elmo gets frustrated. As Elmo's fairy godmother, Abby turns the basketball into a magic ball, and when Elmo throws it to the basket, it goes in! He throws the ball again and again, and scores every time! Elmo is happy that he keeps getting the basketball in the hoop, but he feels like he is missing something. Leela passes by and helps Elmo figure out what feeling he is missing. To do this, she asks Abby to turn the magic ball back into a regular basketball. Leela gives Elmo some pointers about how to play basketball. Elmo doesn't score a basket right away, but after much practice, he scores! Unfortunately it's a very busy day and he's having trouble finding a quiet place to look at his book. Caillou finally finds the perfect place - in his closet! By the light of his flashlight he finally gets to enjoy his book and pretends he's the pirate in the story digging up a buried treasure.
    * Caillou the Storyteller - It's a rainy day at playschool and the children can't go outside. Caillou makes up a funny story about a superhero who makes the rain stop - it's Super Caillou! He tells the story to Jeffrey and Jason, and Miss Martin suggests he make his own storybook. She writes the story down and Caillou draws the pictures. By the time Mommy comes to pick him up, Caillou has his very own book to show her!

A refurbished foghorn gives Freddie a very clever idea - the bell from Mr. Percival's old bicycle! Everyone is very impressed - even James! Heavy snow is blocking the narrow gauge tracks, so Madge must take Duncan by road. Duncan teases Madge and says their journey will be slow and dull. Madge decides to show Duncan how much fun the road can be and takes a detour along some country roads, spraying snow as they go. They have such fun that Madge skids dangerously and ends up hanging over the edge of a steep valley. Slowly and carefully, Madge drives back onto the road.     * Timmy Tippy Toe - Nick and Sally are playing on a climbing frame but just can't manage to get to the top. Cat tries to show them how it's done but he can't do it either! Time to go see Timmy Tippy Toe, the Klipspringer who is an expert climber! Timmy teaches them to use their hands and their feet, and now they can reach the top of their own "mountain"!

    Zoboomafoo [#116] Itchy Things get uncomfortable when "the itch" turns up at Animal Junction. The itch drives everyone wild with itchiness, including the lion cubs who can't stop scratching themselves. Martin, Chris and Zoboo catalogue the various things that make creatures itchy, like fleas and poison ivy, and try all the known itch remedies: scratching like mad, mud, dust and water baths. It's no use, they can't shake "the itch." Not even a new Kratt contraption, the Scratching Machine, can tackle this mighty itch. Sometimes you have an itch, you don't know why and no matter what you do, you can't get rid of it. Jackie's busy picking burrs out of her dog's fur. They went for a walk in the woods, which was a lot of fun, but Goldie came back full of itchy burrs, which is no fun at all.
