The Fairy Doctor tells Abby the magic words to get the freckles back, "Fricka-Fracka, Freckle Back-A". All of a sudden, Abby's freckles jump off of her face, glowing and bouncing all around! Abby with the help of Alan chase one freckle as it bounces into Hooper's store. Chris spots it on a cereal box. Abby says the magic words and poof! The freckle returns to Abby's face. Abby has five more to find! Rosita notices the dot on the center of her flower drawing is sparkling and so is the dot on the "i" in her name "Rosita." Abby says the magic words two times and the freckles reappear on Abby's face. Only three more to go! Abby notices that all the freckles seem to be hiding on little circles and realizes she should look for circles! Abby sees two more freckles go bouncing into the Laundromat. Mama Bear notices a sparkling freckle on Baby Bear's polka dotted underpants and Elmo notices a freckle on Leela's nose ring. Magic word time! Abby leaves the Laundromat and notices a freckle on Cookie Monster's cookie. He's about to take a bite! Luckily, Abby stops him just in time to say the magic words and get the last and final freckle back on her face. Gretel agrees and thinks they should leave a trail, so they leave a trail of cookie crumbs. When they get to Big Bird's nest, and tell him about what they did, they learn that Cookie Monster ate all the cookie crumbs! Big Bird suggests that they make a new trail and shows them how to get back so they will remember: walk past Oscar's can, past the 123 building, turn at the tree, and past Hooper's store. There will be the subway station. Hansel and Gretel make a new path using paper because Cookie Monster won't eat paper, but the paper blows away in the wind! Next, they make the trail using fish because Cookie Monster doesn't like fish and fish don't blow away. They are finally ready for their play date when the Flying Halibut Fish Jugglers use the fish from the path to juggle! Hansel and Gretel are worried they won't know the way again, but Big Bird reminds them of how to get back. They follow Big Bird's directions and successfully reach the subway station! With a shrunken Thingamajigger, they go inside the bean and meet the moth larvae that lives there. They learn that it's really the moth that causes the bean to move. What a neat surprise indeed! Hear Here - The kids hear chirping but can't find where it's coming from. If only they had better ears. Ears like an elephant? Or maybe an owl or even a fox? Not a problem when the Cat's around! He takes them to meet these animals with amazing ears. Back home the kids used what they learned from their new friends to find the sound - a teeny tiny cricket! Bugs have to be quick because lots of other creatures like to eat them. But if bugs disappeared, a lot of other creatures would disappear too. That's why the Kratts always say, "Be nice to bugs." Chris and Martin get a bug's eye perspective when they shrink down to insect size and find out that it's no picnic being an ant.
