6:30 amThomas & Friends [#607H] Wild Weather It's a rainy day on the Island of Sodor. Big puddles are everywhere. Thomas decides to have a game of splashing puddles with Rosie. It's such good fun that he continues this instead of going to the Wash Down to prepare for his Special - to pick up Sir Topham Hatt and Alicia Botti, the famous singer, who are both waiting at Maithwaite. Thomas first splashes Charlie and then Emily and her flour trucks. He then splashes James and his trucks of ripe strawberries, which all get covered in dirty rain water. Lastly Thomas splashes through the biggest puddle of all and splashes Sir Topham Hatt and Alicia Botti. It's a disaster! Her dress is ruined and Thomas' firebox goes out. He has to give the Special to Rosie and then get new strawberries and flour for the cake. No more puddles for Thomas! Gordon thinks he's the strongest, the most special and the best engine. Ignoring the advice of Sir Topham Hatt not to climb any steep hills in the snow, Gordon does. In the process he splashes Spencer, the smart engine, who crashes into some trucks and derails Thomas. Gordon isn't strong enough to release Thomas from the snow and so he gets Rocky. Rocky rescues Thomas and Gordon learns a lesson. He learns that all engines are special and none are best. duration 28:46 STEREO TVY (Secondary audio: DVI)

7:30 amSesame Street [#4272H] Getting Centered Leela is finishing teaching an early morning yoga class by demonstrating her version of The Flamingo Pose when Telly comes by.. She explains to him that yoga is a special kind of exercise from India and all the breathing and stretching feels great. Telly is upset that he missed the class, but Rosita and Elmo offer to teach him what they learned. Telly wants to do The Flamingo pose, so they start out by teaching him special yoga breathing - in and out very slowly. Next his arms go up, then out, then leg up? but Telly falls down. Telly tries again, but keeps falling. Elmo suggests that he try lifting the other leg or Rosita and Elmo hold Telly's arms until he's balanced, but that doesn't work either. Now Telly is sure he can't balance because one of his elbows is heavier than the other. Elmo and Rosita give him lots of objects to hold in his hands to make his weight equal on both sides. This doesn't help him balance either and he keeps crashing down. Chris comes by and explains that Telly can find his balance point with some practice. Chris demonstrates by showing how he can find just the right spot to balance the napkin holder on his tray. Chris helps Telly try to find his balance by supporting his arms as he shifts his weight. It works! Telly happily thanks everyone for all their help. He can't wait to practice other yoga poses, too! duration 58:46 STEREO TVY (Secondary audio: DVI)
