    * Leaves - Nick and Sally are going to make a leaf collage of Cat, but the leaves they have aren't the right shape, they need different ones.It's off to Kaloo-Kalee for some leaf collecting! There, they learn that leaves help trees make food, and that's why it's best not to pick the leaves from the branches. They collect fallen leaves from three different trees with very different leaves. Now they have everything they need to make their picture of Cat, and even one for Fish!

Then, Miss Elaina loses her locket and misses her mom, Lady Elaine. The kids help Miss Elaina find the locket and enjoy the rest of the school day. Say Lettuce!: Caillou wants to take a picture of a bunny rabbit in Grandma's garden, but it proves a harder task then he originally thought. With a little perseverance (and a little lettuce from the garden) he finally sees the task through to the end - and gets a photo he's proud of! Educational Objective: Perseverance. ' Caillou Tries to Whistle: Clementine can whistle, and Caillou can't! Caillou tries his best to learn and practices every where he goes... but he just can't seem to get the hang of it and this embarrasses him. Mommy and Daddy reassure him this skill will come with time, but Caillou feels much better when he realizes there are things he can do that Clementine can't do - like wiggling his ears! Later, the Chef calls to ask George how tall the building next door is, but George doesn't have anything long enough to measure with... or does he? Chef Pisghetti returns and sees a monkey measuring a building with the world's longest noodle. Now That's one for the record books!
    * Something New Under the Sun - To beat the scorching summer heat, George and the Man with the Yellow Hat visit the museum, which is the only place in town with power, due to its new solar energy panel. George sees how the sun can charge batteries, and the Man agrees to make his famous lasagna as a surprise for Dr. Levit's birthday. But how can the Man make his lasagna without power for his electric oven? Can a monkey's new knowledge of solar power be the key to baking the world's first solar-energy birthday lasagna?

At Muddyfeet Waterhole they discover that Louie is having the same problem! Nothing a trip inside Louie's nose can't solve! Inside a super shrunken Thingamajigger, Nick, Sally and Cat discover what causes sneezing and what they can do to avoid it from happening!

Clifford believes he is just fine the way he is, but Cleo and Mac insist on teaching him some special fancy manners. In the end, Clifford decides to just be himself and ends up saving the party by providing shade for Mrs. Bleakmans guests.

Ultimately, this hungry little puppy is adopted by a neighborhood family and given a home.
    * An Honest Spin - When Clifford accidentally breaks Daffodil's spinning top, he thinks the right thing to do is to tell her, but instead, he follows Norville's advice and goes to great lengths to keep Daffodil from finding out.

Telly comes along and wants to show Baby Bear his new bulldozer, and Baby Bear quickly hides his doll behind his back and says that it is Curly's. They start to play with the bulldozer, but then Baby Bear suggests they need a driver and he offers his doll. All is going along fine until Telly crashes the bulldozer into a block tower, and some of the blocks hit the doll. Baby Bear says it's "too rough" and pretends that Curly might get upset. They switch to playing with action figures, and Baby Bear offers his doll to be Super Baby, but that gets a little rough too. Telly suggests a game of catch, and once again, Telly gets a little rough. This time, though, Baby Bear slips and says that it is his doll. He runs off embarrassed, and Gordon finds him. Baby Bear explains to Gordon that he doesn't want Telly to know how much he loves his doll, since dolls are for girls. Gordon points out that he is wearing a pink shirt, and there is no reason things have to be just for girls, or just for boys. He explains that Baby Bear should not be embarrassed - playing with dolls is great practice for when he grows up and becomes a daddy. Baby Bear decides to tell Telly the truth, and finds Telly playing with the doll. Off they go to the Drippety Dry Desert to meet three creatures who are experts at conserving water. Back at home, they think of other ways to use the water in the pool instead of just dumping it out - like giving Cat a bath!

    SPARK (Texas) - While a boy waits out his father's tryst, he is unexpectedly forced to deal with the lady-friend's daughter. 10-year old Ricky is left outside in the truck while his dad visits a lady-friend in rural Texas. While waiting for his father to return so that they can set off fireworks together, Ricky is suddenly confronted with the lady-friend's 11-year old daughter, Callie, who has been pushed out of the house by her mom. Callie steals Ricky's fireworks and sets one off. When the commotion fails to attract his father's attention, Ricky and Callie decide to set off all of the fireworks. Subsequently, they start a small brush fire. As the two kids try to contain the fire before their parents find out, Ricky finds the connection he's been looking for.

      The Martinez translator for KQED-FM will be off the air all day Tuesday June 3rd. We are rebuilding the 25 year old site with all new antennas and cabling. This should only affect people listening on 88.1MHz in the Martinez/Benicia area.
