  Locked Out In the wind-swept sands of California's Mojave Desert sits a small town called Boron, population 2000. It is home to one of the largest borates mines in the world. The mine is owned by Rio Tinto, a British-American multinational company, whose net earnings in 2009 were nearly $5 billion dollars. This company has faced lawsuits by communities around the world over distribution of their way of life and pollution of their environment. In the fall of 2009, when the ILWU Local 30 miners' contract expired, Rio Tinto decided to drastically cut the miners' pay and benefits. But the workers rejected this and the company retaliated by locking out the workers on January 31, 2010. For 107 days the miners and their families stood up to Rio Tinto. When Caillou's family makes a springtime visit to Jonas' ranch, he takes them on a sleigh ride to a maple forest where Caillou discovers how the maple sap is collected from maple trees and gets to help collect some. The twins, Jason and Jeffrey, have come to play with Caillou in the snow. An investigation into some small tracks in the snow, leads them to a mischievous and playful squirrel that soon has them running around the yard. Exhausted, they drop in the snow and make some tracks of their own: snow angels. When Caillou, Rosie and Mom head to the big park, Caillou sees Andre and they decide to build a snow fort. Sarah shows up and the boys put the fort to the test as they start a fun snow fight. Caillou and his family are heading to the tobogganing hill! What fun it is to climb the hill and race down surrounded by people having a good time. Caillou is curious when they see a sled dog and his master giving a sled show. So when George and the Man with the Yellow Hat visit Uncle Tam in Scotland, George is very happy to be able to practice his swing at the Castle Golf Course. But then a pesky squirrel steals his ball and runs off, and George is sent on a wild chase throughout the castle. Voting helped solve the problem last time but this time it's a tie, even with Rocco and Dorothy voting too. Alan explains that since both sides have the same number of votes they need one more voter to decide which one wins. Telly becomes the tie breaker but wants Zoe and Elmo to convince him which to choose. They take turns showing Telly brand new, fun ways to sing their songs. Telly says that it's too hard to decide and wishes they could be voting on something simple like who wants to do "The Triangle Dance". Elmo, Dorothy, Zoe and Rocco all agree that it sounds like fun.
