Dad and Mom decide to take the kids to the Big Pond on a camping trip, where they will wait out the drought and return home when it rains again. Don doesn't want to leave his home, even temporarily, and decides to perfect a "rain dance" that will make the rain return. Dad learns that he's been chosen to compete in the big annual Fishing Contest at the Big Misty Sea, and is one of three contestants. The whole family rides there on the Dinosaur Train to cheer Dad on. They learn that the contestants are Dad, the Old Spinosaurus, and Dad's childhood friend and rival, a huge raptor named Marco Megaraptor. Just then, she sees Grover with three dogs on leashes, and she becomes frightened. Soon after, a barking dog passes by and Zoe zooms off again. Elmo finally realizes that Zoe must be scared of dogs. When Elmo tells Zoe what he thinks, she says that Rocco is the one afraid of dogs, not her. Elmo offers to help Rocco to not be afraid anymore and introduces Rocco and Zoe to a woman and her dog. At first Zoe is reluctant to meet them, but she becomes more comfortable when she sees that the dog is wearing a tutu just like she is! As soon as the dog barks, though, Zoe runs off again and hides with Rocco. Gina comes upon Zoe and teaches her what to do when she meets a dog. Zoe and Rocco follow these steps to meet Barkley and Zoe becomes more comfortable. She even asks him to sit and give her his paw. Zoe says that she isn't afraid anymore, but corrects herself and says, "Rocco's not afraid anymore." Bob asks if Zoe would like to hold Barkley's leash and she says yes! The Gershwin brothers, the minstrels of the Jazz Age, bring a "Fascinating Rhythm" to an entire nation. Innovative songwriting teams like Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart ignite a new age of bright melodies and clever lyrics with the massive hit Manhattan. But as the Roaring Twenties come to a close, Broadway's Jazz Age suffers the one-two punch of the "talking picture" and the stock market crash, triggering a massive talent exodus to Hollywood and putting an end to Broadway's feverish expansion.
