Breaking Bread with Father Dominic

This series is devoted to the art and heart that goes into bread making. A Benedictine monk of Saint Bede Abbey in Peru, Illinois, Father Dominic shares his genuine passion for making bread. Bread is more than just a hobby for Father Dominic. Through his stories and recipes, viewers will appreciate how the actual making of bread can bring together families and friends, the role bread plays in many cultures prevalent in America, and how bread connects us as a society.
