H attempts to outdo a fellow guest, and ends up eating bad oysters, getting locked out of his room with no clothes on, and angering the lounge performer.

On Christmas Day there are plenty of surprises under the tree, but the gift he gives to his girlfriend is not what she had hoped for, and he leaves himall alone. Even so, Mr. Bean's holiday season ends with a bang.

He finds a mailbox a very good hideaway, an experience that comes in handy when he has to pack a tiny suitcase to capacity. Settling down to enjoy his holiday flight, he befriends a small boy who happens to have a surprise lurking in his bag.
