Every two years, 300,000 senior citizens compete for gold at the National Senior Games. This program follows 5 competitors who sprint, leap, and swim at their Olympics. There's a 100 year-old tennis champion, an 86 year-old pole vaulter, and rough-and-tumble basketball grandmothers, as they persevere and triumph over the physical limitations of age.
