Matthew Morrison: Where It All Began - Live from The Bushnell Previous Broadcasts

KQED 9: Sat, Dec 28, 2013 -- 11:00 PM

Emmy, Tony, and Golden Globe-nominated star--and American heart-throb--Matthew Morrison came to national prominence through his role as the perpetually optimistic high school teacher Will Schuester on Fox TV's "Glee." The Southern California native was turning heads years earlier on the Great White Way as well and was inspired to lead a life on the stage. Matthew Morrison: Live from the Bushnell Theater puts Morrison's vocal and dance talents, and his high energy front and center for PBS audiences beginning March 2013. Accompanied by an orchestra and his band at the Bushnell Theater in Hartford, Connecticut, Morrison performs songs including "Rocket Man," "Ease on Down the Road," "Lady is a Tramp," "Sway," "Don't Mean a Thing" and more. The project is headed by Maroon 5 front man and VOICE coach Adam Levine's 222 Records.

Another station needs to do maintenance on its equipment on the tower on Monument Peak, requiring that we switch our DT54 Over the Air signal from the main antenna to the auxiliary when the work starts, then back to the main antenna at the conclusion. These switches should cause momentary outages only, and most receivers […]

(DT54.1 through 54.5) KQED Plus’ Over the Air transmission is currently off air via our KQEH transmitter on Monument Peak northeast of San Jose. Technicians are working on the problem. No current estimate regarding how long this will exist. We […]

We are aware of the break-up issues for our DT25 Over the Air signal in the Monterey/Salinas area. This will also affect viewers of any cable or satellite signal provider using that transmitter as their source. Engineers are working on the problem.
