Color World with Gary Spetz
This visual travelogue emphasizes the path the painter-photographer takes when creating his art. The series celebrates the wonders of travel and the beauty of the natural world. Interested in culture, fascinated by history and inspired by nature, Spetz encourages viewers to open their eyes and appreciate the often-overlooked beauty in simple scenes.
This season, Spetz sets off for the Mediterranean, where he explores the fabled cities of Venice, Rome and Florence; the romantic French/Italian Riviera; quirky, cosmopolitan Barcelona and the exotic Greek Islands. Then, Spetz returns home to explore New England, the fall colors of the Saint Lawrence Seaway, the tropical Hawaiian Island of Maui and Montana's gentle freshwater giant, Flathead Lake.
