This live action television series features five colorful, costumed dogs who make great rock 'n roll music as a band and share life together in their own clubhouse. Each episode is focused on life lessons as Raggs and his friends discover the joy of learning something new or preparing for a new activity in a world understood by the 4-7 year old preschooler. Each show's theme is supported by multiple segments including the live action story; music videos; animations; interviews with the band's pet cat, Dumpster; and live concerts.

It is such a great idea, that the dogs think of all kinds of machines they should make to simplify life at the clubhouse. Razzles finds a music machine that's so good at playing the band's songs it replaces everybody - including Razzles!

Raggs has so much fun; he decides he wants to be a dog-fish. The dogs find a way to teach him that pretending is fun, but it is important to be himself and that the life of a dog-fish is not as much fun as he thought.

Being A Good Sport & Practice (Episode #212H)

The puppies are planning their own sports day and when Pido is encouraged to play, he wins, and then wants to race for everything so that he can win. Luckily, he learns the valuable lesson that sports are even better when they are played for fun. Chasing your tail is the best! Razzles takes over as coach of the relay team and the dogs soon learn that being positive and encouraging is much more fun for everyone.
Conserving & Exploring Water (Episode #211H)

Uh Oh, Razzles left the hose running by mistake and the water overflowed on the ground. With one bucket of water left - they use B. Max's invention to measure how much they can each use to brush their teeth, wash their paws and wash their dishes. Without any more water, can Dumpster help them figure out how to get more? When the pups go on a pretend journey to the bottom of the ocean, they discover that there are lots of different animals that live under water. Raggs wants to continue his exploration, so the rest of the pups pretend to be all sorts of sea creatures.
