Power Yoga: Mind and Body
Host and instructor Adrienne Reed introduces the essentials of yoga in up-tempo sessions. She challenges both beginning and advanced students with deep-breathing exercises and physical movements that target both the body and mind. Her workouts may focus on general areas or a specific muscle group like the abdominals, hips or lower back. Her robust and vigorous flows - a series of transitioning yoga poses - help increase strength, stamina, flexibility and balance.
