First Polish student Angelica disappears, then school handyman Felix is found with his throat expertly slashed. Although he pestered girls, there is no clear reason why anyone would want to kill him. Then Angelica is found dead on the school grounds.

Rosemary and Laura are forced to care for the baby, as they try to find out who the mother is and why she would abandon him. Events take a dramatic turn when neighboring artist Sir Carlos Potter is found murdered. How is he connected and will the sleuths be able to reunite mother and baby?
