Michele found that both of them came to the same conclusion about dealing with the trauma - either "big T" or "little T" - that we're all going to encounter. Healthy Mac & Cheese Recipe - Avoiding processed foods is something we hear a lot about and our fresh living chef Sara Snow says that even applies to the macaroni and cheese which is loved by so many. So Sara shows us how to "break out of the box" and cook a homemade version that's truly healthy. Creating Sacred Spaces - Sacred spaces can add a lot to our life so we spent some time with Jane Rivar, a talented visual artist, to help us understand how we might create some of those spaces in our own environment.
