Author and psychiatrist Mark Epstein wanted to bring trauma out of everyone's secret hiding place and out in the open. ABC news anchor Dan Harris had a panic attack on national TV. Michele found that both of them came to the same conclusion about dealing with the trauma - either "big T" or "little T" - that we're all going to encounter.
