If you don't have an entry form, send an email with your full name and street mailing address to member@kqed.org and you'll receive a form in the mail in about 2 weeks.

Open to all persons age 18 years or older who are legal U.S. residents of California or Nevada.

NO DONATION NECESSARY. A DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
