Landis has not been &quot;claiming that he naturally has high levels of testosterone&quot; since he got the detailed test results in 2006.  He has been claiming that the tests do not show the presence of synthetic testosterone because they were done incorrectly.   This has been the topic of much discussion.   By the rules in force, Landis had to prove the tests were wrong -- the Lab did not need to prove they were right. The decision is based on the legal presumption that the lab did the right thing.
