Pat, whether or not 48 is a good score depends on which scoring system your rater used. In the newer system, where &quot;0&quot; means you have a zero-energy house and &quot;100&quot; is a standard new house, 48 is pretty darn good. In the old system, the higher the number the better the house. A 48 would be a pretty poor score. I&#039;m hoping you had your home rated under the newer system!</description>
