18-year-old Palo Alto resident Molly Kawahata is the youngest California delegate at the Democratic Convention. We caught up with the young Obama supporter and member of the DNC youth caucus to see if the convention is living up to her expectations.

Lesbians and gay men are honoring the life of Del Martin, whose fight for equal rights over more than 50 years made her an icon of the gay rights movement. Martin and her lifelong partner, Phyllis Lyon, founded the nation's first advocacy group for lesbians in 1955, when homosexuality was considered a psychiatric disorder. This summer, they were the first same-sex couple to marry legally in San Francisco. Sarah Varney has this reminiscence.

In San Jose, more than 200 gamers are hoping to set a Guinness world record for the longest, non-stop video game party. It's all part of N-VISION 08, a three-day mega-event for people passionate about visual computing. We checked in on the gamers yesterday, about 12 hours into their world record attempt.
