Has the Gas Price Bubble Burst?

Hurricane Gustav did little damage to gulf oil facilities, and crude oil prices are down again today to their lowest levels in five months. Gas prices here in California are down about five cents since last week. Has the gas bubble burst, or will prices head up again?
