Though there is no cure for the disorder, some experts believe that early diagnosis and therapy may diminish its severity. Guests joining the program to discuss the new report include Dr. Bryna Siegel, professor of psychiatry at UCSF; and Steve Silberman, writer and long-time contributor to Wired Magazine currently researching material for a book on autism.
