Working Toward a Permanent Bridge Fix /
Municipalities Return to the Well
To the relief of commuters throughout the
region, the Bay Bridge is open again. But CalTrans says
that the work to come up with a permanent repair for a
key bridge support is far from over. Also, cities and
school districts around the Bay Area are hoping voters
will be in a mood tomorrow to pay more taxes. We find
out why municipalities are going to the well again.
