Healthy San Francisco
The U.S. Supreme Court is delaying action on a
lawsuit filed against the Healthy San Francisco program
until after it hears President Obama's stance. At issue
is whether companies with more than 20 employees should
have to either provide health care, or pay into a public
pot. We talk with city officials and the plaintiff in
the lawsuit.
