Ironing Out the Details on High-Speed Rail
Last year, Californians approved a $10 billion bond issue to build a high-speed rail system that would link the Bay Area to
Southern California. But details of the project, including how to pay for all of it, are still up in the air. A symposium
at UC Berkeley this evening will look at some of the key economic, environmental and infrastructure issues still to be ironed
out.
