CA Supreme Court Upholds Prop 8 -- Aftermath
The California Supreme Court has handed down its long-awaited ruling on Proposition 8 and same-sex marriage. The court upheld
the initiative that banned gay marriage, but left intact the 18,000 same-sex marriages performed last year after an earlier
court ruling. We hear a report from City Hall, and discuss the decision and its aftermath.
