Finding Work in Today's Job Market
The state's unemployment rate leapt to 10.1 percent in January, the highest figure since 1983. With nearly two million Californians out of work, people are focusing on what they have to do to find new work and to keep their lives intact in the meantime. We talk with a young San Franciscan who was recently laid off in January about job-hunt strategies.
